Staff Bios

Shane Lankford, Pastor

Pastor Shane started the Bridge Baptist church in his living room in the summer of 2004 with his wife, Christie.  He earned a Bachelor of Biblical Studies degree in Youth Ministry (B.A.) from The Crown College of the Bible.  During the course of his studies, he served as captain of an inner city bus ministry, an outreach program that brought children and teenagers to church on buses.  He earned his Master's degree in Church Ministry in 2004.  Being a church planter himself, his burden and vision is to help encourage local Pastors and church planters in the establishing of Bible believing, Bible preaching churches in the Delaware area and around the world.  Pastor Shane has three children: Caleb, Courtney and Katelynne. 

 

 

 

 

 

Shad Lankford, Young Adults Director

Shad Lankford began attending Crown College in Knoxville, TN in 1998 and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Ministry (B.A.) degree in Youth Ministry.  After graduation, he served as Assistant Pastor at Ridgeway Baptist Church in Commerce, Georgia from 2004 to 2008.  In August 2008 Shad moved to the Bridge Baptist church with his wife Stephanie and his son Brandon. He serves as the Director of the Young Adult Ministry as well as the director of the Small Group Bible study Ministry.  While those are his main functions, Shad is involved in the soul-winning ministries of the church along with assisting Pastor Shane with other leadership duties.

 

 

 

 

 

  

Daniel Rolle, Music Director & Worship Leader

Dan attended Crown College in Knoxville, TN and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors degree in Pastoral Theology (B.A.).  He came to the Bridge Baptist Church in the summer of 2008.  He married his lovely wife Jocelyn in December 2008, and she works along side him him as he serves as Director of Music Ministries.
